Italian Cheese-Topped Meat Loaf

1 lb. ground turkey

1 cup marinara sauce

½ cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 egg lightly beaten

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

¾ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend

Mix turkey, ½ cup marinara sauce , egg, bread crumbs and seasonings and put into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Top with ½ cup marinara sauce and bake 30 minutes. Top with cheese and bake until it melts.

Serve with pasta and marinara sauce.

My family is getting tired of the meatloaf I usually make - this sounds like a refreshing change!
