Grandma's Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
These cookies truly are so delicious!
2 ½ cups flour
1 t. baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
¼ c. granulated sugar
¾ c. light brown sugar
1 pkg. (4 serving size chocolate or vanilla instant pudding mix
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1-12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. Nuts, chopped (optional)
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in nuts and chips. Drop onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

Also can't wait to try these. We have a lot of Christmas baking to do and if it involves chocolate and pudding it will be even more enjoyable!
